Rhett and Link may not be the earliest adopters of YouTube, but with a channel holding content dating back to almost a decade ago I think it’s pretty safe to say that they are YouTube OG’s (that’s how you say it, right? ‘OG’?).
Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal have been friends for a very long time and this long-running friendship has spawned the creation of some of my personal favorite entertainment. They’ve gone on to host their very own IFC Original show, Rhett and Link: Commercial Kings, where they help small business make low-budget commercials, created three equally entertaining YouTube channels (Rhett & Link, Good Mythical Morning, and Good Mythical More), written and performed a plethora of catchy happy-go-lucky songs, and have even appeared as guests on Lopez Tonight, Last Call with Carson Daily, and Conan.
As of now Rhett and Link have started a Halloween-themed sketch show called Sketchtober where the duo create a variety of sketches. The sketches will be uploaded on Thursdays and will span the month of October, and the première New Girl-esque episode already has me eagerly awaiting the next entry into the series.
If you find yourselves itching for some more Rhett & Link but waiting one week for the next Sketchtober video sounds too unbearable, you can check out their morning show, Good Mythical Morning, which airs on weekday mornings. Make sure to also check out their show after the show, Good Mythical More, which airs directly after GMM.
And here is their Sketchtober video titled ‘The Nose-Looker.’
Side-note: The video is also available 4K for those of you who like treating your eyeballs to the crispest of images.
